Our work in numbers

Completed schemes in west London

Since 2016 our team has turned period houses into well-planned flats, built new residential buildings on tight plots and added basements and roof-level homes, mostly in Ealing, West Ealing and Acton.

GDV is the estimated end value of each completed scheme. It is not our construction contract value or company revenue. Totals include one completed scheme not shown in the portfolio.

Architecture, structural engineering and specialist consultancy are provided by the independent professionals appointed to each project. We plan, coordinate and build.

    One team from survey to handover

    The same people who price the job plan it, run the site and hand over the homes.

    Our approach

    1. Review and price

      We survey the site or building and review the drawings, specification and programme. The price states what is included and what is not.

    2. Plan and coordinate

      Before work starts we sequence the trades, plan logistics and temporary works, and resolve design questions with your consultants.

    3. Build

      A named manager runs the site day to day: safety, quality, progress and communication with you and your neighbours.

    4. Complete and hand over

      We check the work room by room, put right what needs attention and hand over the completed building with its records.
